With all that is going on in the Middle East regarding Israel and Palestine, this paper will explore just what constitutes a genocidal act and examine if Israel has indeed committed genocide according to international law, NOT American law. I will let you be the judge….
ANY OF THESE ACTS CAN BE CLASSED AS GENOCIDE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVE ALL TO PROSECUTE, YOU JUST NEED ONE! But Israel has committed all.
What is the list of acts that can constitute genocide?
According to the Genocide Convention, genocide is a crime that can take place both in time of war as well as in time of peace. The definition of the crime of genocide, as set out in the Convention, has been widely adopted at both national and international levels, including in the 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Importantly, the Convention establishes on State Parties the obligation to take measures to prevent and to punish the crime of genocide, including by enacting relevant legislation and punishing perpetrators, “whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals” In this area we are going to look at the Israeli government, its officials and its people. Lets now examine Article 2.
Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
Article II (a).
(1). Killing members of the group; (Palestinians have all been labelled as Hamas by Israel, therefore the group being targeted is the entire Palestinian population).
(2). Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (Palestinians are suffering severely in this campaign, and many individuals especially children will suffer if they survive some form of trauma and mental disability such as PTSD, Anxiety, or Depression. Severed limbs due to amputations not only cause physical trauma but also mental trauma to the patients).
(3). Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (In Gaza there is no place safe from the relentless bombing campaign, cattle and vegetation are destroyed, critical infrastructures meant to support life are destroyed, water supplies are now poisoned as well as soil is poisoned by sea water from tunnel flooding, the spread of diseases and infections that will also impact future of citizens, Gaza is becoming UNINHABITABLE.
(4). Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; While one can not outright say Israel is intentionally killing pregnant women to prevent births, what we can categorically say is that the Israeli invasion of Palestinian territory in the Gaza Strip has intentionally made the conditions impossible for women to give birth cleanly, healthily and safely, the conditions Israel has intentionally caused has put both expectant mothers and their offspring in immediate danger, and intentionally prevented many women from giving birth to life young and unmedicated c-sections has resulted in many women becoming infected and dying from lack of medical access to life saving medicines.
(5). Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. This area is a little vague however we can surmise that intentional or unintentional targeting of civilians has resulted in the killing of many parents, this leaves children unaccompanied and homeless and parentless, Many of these children are placed with strangers or other groups whom they are not familiar with, meaning children are bouncing from one group to another.
Article II (b). A mental element: the “intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. Israel has publicly acknowledged it is intent on destroying Gaza, the group Hamas (Which it defines as all Palestinians within Gaza), destroying all Palestinian political entities and religious affiliates regarding Islam, and wiping out the entire national identity of Palestinians (Ethnic Cleansing, Mass killings, Mass Atrocity & War Crimes). Later I will define these terms.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
The above areas and examples I have mentioned are only the tips of the iceberg, they cover only Article II and how they relate to the Palestinian State and its people.
Pieces of evidence to examine:
Article II (1). The president of Israel said: “It is an entire nation out there that is responsible. It’s not true this rhetoric about civilians not aware, not involved. It’s absolutely not true.” An Israeli Knesset member said: “The children of Gaza brought it upon themselves.” The minister of defence described the current war this way: “We are fighting human animals.” Benjamin Netanyahu Prime Minister stated “the barbaric fanaticism of the Middle Ages” and a “struggle between the children of light and the children of darkness”. Over the years, Israeli political and religious leaders have also referred to Palestinians as “cockroaches” or “snakes”. (Zogby 2023). This Proves Israel in Killing members of a group includes all Palestinians in Gaza, not just Hamas.
Article II (2). As of late December 2023, the number of injured in Gaza is estimated to be approaching 56,000, this includes Blown limbs and severed body parts, also including miscarriages, and internal bleeding followed closely by severe infections and disease, That is the Physical side.
Mentally however while we cannot exactly measure the mental trauma from this war, we can calculate from previous Israel-Gaza conflicts such as 2020 with scientific data, however as This 2023 war on Gaza is the highest ever in over two decades, the numbers will be greater than what I will show now.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), 1 in 5 people (22 %) of conflict-affected populations have developed a wide range of mental symptoms such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder or schizophrenia (WHO, 2022). The enduring and far-reaching developmental effects of chronic and severe stress experienced during early childhood, also known as early life stress, childhood adversity, child maltreatment, or childhood trauma, are well-documented (Smith & Pollak, 2020). The high prevalence of PTSD in children and adults traumatized by exposure to community violence or war trauma is well established (Woolgar et al., 2021). A 2020 study by El-Khodary on Palestinian children found that 88.4 % experienced personal trauma, with 83.7 % witnessing trauma in others and 88.3 % observing property demolition. However, the study concluded that 53.5 % of the participants were diagnosed with PTSD (El-Khodary et al., 2020). Proof that Israel has caused serious bodily harm to civilians and mental illness.
Article II (3). The Gaza Strip is 46 kms long and 5 to 12 kms wide, with an area of 362 km2. The Gaza Strip’s population is 2.1 million (population density is 5801 persons/km2), of whom 67 % are refugees. Gaza has one of the world’s youngest populations, with almost 65 % of the population under 25 years old (UNRWA, 2022). The war in the Gaza Strip is generating destruction comparable in scale to the most devastating urban warfare in the modern record. According to the Wall Street Journal by mid-December, Israel had dropped 29,000 bombs, munitions, and shells on the strip. Nearly 70% of Gaza’s 439,000 homes and about half of its buildings have been damaged or destroyed (Malsin & Shah 2023).
Israel’s military offensive has turned much of northern Gaza into an uninhabitable moonscape. Whole neighbourhoods have been erased. Homes, schools and hospitals have been blasted by airstrikes and scorched by tank fire. Some buildings are still standing, but most are battered shells (PBS 2023; DeBre 2023). Israel’s bombardment has become one of the most intense air campaigns since World War II, Israel unleashed more munitions than the United States did in any given year of its bombing campaign against the Islamic State group, historical history researchers and wartime experts have stated that the 8th Oct 2023 war on Gaza is the deadliest urban campaign since World War II (US Holocaust Museum 2023; Straus 2023). According to Oxfam and the RAND Corporation “Bakeries and grain mills have been destroyed, agriculture, water and sanitation facilities,” said Scott Paul, a senior humanitarian policy adviser for Oxfam America. “You need more than four walls and a ceiling for a place to be habitable, and in many cases, people don’t even have that.” (RAND 2023; Oxfam 2023). Palestinians will face an “uninhabitable” Gaza for decades to come because of Israel’s deadly ongoing war, which has laid waste to urban areas, agricultural land and all basic infrastructure in the besieged Palestinian territory (TRT WORLD 2023). Proof Israel has deliberately created the conditions to make Gaza an uninhabitable zone for generations to come.
Article II (4). The bombardments, damaged or non-functioning health facilities, massive levels of displacement, collapsing water and electricity supplies as well as restricted access to food and medicines, are severely disrupting maternal, newborn, and child health services. There are an estimated 50 000 pregnant women in Gaza, with more than 180 giving birth every day. Fifteen percent of them are likely to experience pregnancy or birth-related complications and need additional medical care (NBC 2023). These women are unable to access the emergency obstetric services they need to give birth safely and care for their newborns. With 14 hospitals and 45 primary healthcare centres closed, some women are having to give birth in shelters, in their homes, in the streets amid the rubble, or in overwhelmed healthcare facilities, where sanitation is worsening, and the risk of infection and medical complications is on the rise. Health facilities are also coming under fire on 1 November Al Hilo Hospital, a crucial maternity hospital, was shelled (Sanchez & Jabari 2023). Maternal deaths are expected to increase given the lack of access to adequate care. The psychological toll of the hostilities also has direct – and sometimes deadly – consequences on reproductive health, including a rise in stress-induced miscarriages, stillbirths and premature births. The lives of newborns also hang by a thread. If hospitals run out of fuel, the lives of an estimated 130 premature babies who rely on neonatal and intensive care services will be threatened, as incubators and other medical equipment will no longer function (WHO 2023). Israel targeting maternity hospitals and all hospitals such as Al Shifa, prove that Israel is intentionally preventing Gazan women from giving birth to live offspring and intentionally assisting in the killing of premature babies who were reliant on life support systems.
Article II (5). The displacement is accompanied by severe living conditions of Palestinian families who have left their homes, carrying only basic necessities. They are facing the effects of a destructive war launched by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip, many children have lost either part or all of their immediate family members and in most cases extended family circles (Azdan 2023; Aisha 2023). Children represent 47% of the population in the Gaza Strip, which has 2.3 million residents, according to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics. The Israeli army has abducted Palestinian children and transferred them out of the Gaza Strip, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said, as part of its genocide against Gazans that has been ongoing since 7 October, the rights group called on Israel to return the children to their parents (OCHA 2023). The Geneva-based organisation also stated that it takes very seriously the information published by Israeli Army Radio on 1 January 2024 regarding the kidnapping of a Palestinian infant from inside her Gaza family home by Israeli officer Harel Itach, a commander in the Givati Brigade, after the killing of her family members. The incident’s date was not revealed. Following the news that the Israeli officer died on 22 December 2023 from injuries sustained during fighting in Gaza, a friend of Itach’s disclosed the kidnapping incident and said that the little girl’s whereabouts remain unknown(Haaretz 2023; OCHA 2023). In another testimony documented by Euro-Med Monitor, a Palestinian woman stated that a few weeks ago, while being evacuated from Gaza City to the south of Wadi Gaza Nature Reserve through the Netzarim checkpoint, Israeli soldiers stopped a 12-year-old girl with blonde hair (B’TSELEM 2023). The woman witnessed the girl’s parents attempt to intervene; the soldiers then informed them that the child would be taken away under the suspicion that she was an Israeli detainee—despite the fact that she was speaking Arabic and accompanied by her parents (EURO Med 2023). Israeli IDF kidnappings of children are a form of displacement of children from their homeland and families also Israeli targeting of hospitals and schools is also classed as forced displacement of children, alongside the in discriminant bombing of civilians forcing many under age children to seek refugee with alien surroundings and people unknown.

Let us now examine ARTICLE III of the GENEVA CONVENTIONS. Important to note is this offers an international minimum protection to persons taking no active part in hostilities, (Such as Palestinian civilians) including members of armed forces in certain situations specifically stated in the article. Humane and non-discriminatory treatment are two important protections offered under this provision.
The following acts shall be punishable:
(a) Genocide. Israel’s intentional genocide as stated with the evidence above.
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide. The Israeli Government, Media entities, and Public officials systematically target Palestinian civilians by organising strategic meetings to commit genocide. IL justifies the targeting of all civilians by quoting things like Amalek, All Palestinians are Hamas, Nuke Gaza, there are no innocent people in Gaza and so forth.
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide. Using social media to spread propaganda and deep fakes to enrage the Jewish population of Israel to commit acts of vengeance against Palestinians, using social media (TikTok, NEW outlets, Snapchat, Facebook, and Twitter) As well as staging protests citing the use of the word Anti-Semitic to enrage and escalate targeting of Palestinians.
(d) Attempt to commit genocide. IL Government officials and politicians use the bible to justify the targeting and killing of an ethnic group, lying and providing false and misleading documentation and rhetoric to justify the systematic eradication of Palestinians.
(e) Complicity in genocide. The United States of America and the United Kingdom are complicit in supplying weapons, money, and protections so that Israel can continue to commit genocide, ethnic cleansing, and mass atrocity killings that cause a transnational security threat to the world. Western Media outlets that are biased (FOX NEWS, NBC, NEWS NATION) against one ethnic group over another and who only represent one-sided media and information are culpable and complicit, Congress and the Presidential offices that supply ammunition, and companies such as Raytheon, BAE Systems, BOEING, Lockheed Martin, COLT, General Electric to mention a few).
All these can be proven in a court of law therefore Israel is guilty of genocide, inciting favour of genocide by using social media and public scaremongering and filtering propaganda and lies in the attempt to commit genocide, while the US, the UK and all military establishments arming Israel are complicit in the acts of genocide.

The State of Israel is a transnational threat to the world order and safety of all global citizens. (ENVIRONMENT and HEALTH Security)
Now a rundown of atrocities committed by Israel that threaten all nation’s security.
Mass killing becomes a transnational issue when it transcends borders and threatens other states’ security and stability. When mass killing is committed by a government, it can cause those targeted from that population to flee or to seek refugee and/or support with those groups who resist the government who is initiating the killing. Mass killings are labelled internationally under the term ‘crimes against humanity and include genocide, war crimes and ethnic-religious cleansing, but on a domestic level, mass murder is punishable under domestic laws, not international laws. According to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Article 7 (a) Murder, (b) Extermination, and (j) Apartheid are crimes against humanity when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a population. When Mass Murder is perpetrated domestically, the response and punishments are only covered under that state’s laws, not the international judicial system (Schabas 2012; Bassiouni 1999).
Environmental security is typically defined as a range of security issues intensified by environmental factors: it implies that environmental stress has the potential to trigger violent conflict within vulnerable populations. This is the so-called environment-conflict nexus on which many military geoscientists focus their research. Nevertheless, the definition of environmental security can be quite broad, and because of its interdisciplinary nature and the variety of backgrounds and motivations that scientists, policymakers, and security analysts bring to the debate, there is continuing disagreement on what exactly constitutes environmental security (Galgano & Rose 2021).
The environment is one of the most concerning transnational security issues, and its security is an important dimension of peace, national security, and human rights. Environmental security is central to the national security of all states, comprising the dynamics and interconnections among humans and natural resources (Müller & Zurlini 2008). Restoration and conservation are the jobs of all humankind: protecting vital interests such as Air-Water-Land through Pollution protection acts and compliance and regulation is the job of the state. While individuals’ survival and quality of life are threatened by industrial (Human-made) and natural disasters continuously, the State is responsible for monitoring the impact human activity has on the environment.
HEALTH SECURITY: As the CDC puts it, ‘A disease threat anywhere is a disease threat everywhere’ (CDC 2022). Epidemics can lead to destabilization and political upheaval and can and have indirectly impacted security on a global scale. The indiscriminate targeting of critical infrastructures such as hospitals and health facilities by the Israeli government is causing health security within Gaza that can transcend the borders and spread like the plague of Covid 19 but on a larger and more devastating scale, not only do we see images of dead animals blown to pieces on the Gazan streets, but also the decomposing bodies of some 22 thousand dead Palestinians and a decomposing body can spread and incubate diseases by air and physical touch as deadly toxins leave the body after the initial bloating period and defecation and bleeding from all Orpheus. Then Birds and other animals can spread the diseases to cross-border destinations as they migrate or nest. Israel has created a city of corpses in Gaza, that can play a vital role in health insecurity beyond its borders.
All in All, the event I call P.E.L.E. (Palestinian Extinction Level Event) conducted by Israel, the US, and the UK is causing a global crisis that stretches far beyond the Palestinian territories and maybe the very cause of the next World War, and as Israel is continuously urging the US to attack Iran, by creating propaganda, deep fakes and antagonizing Iran, let’s see if the US president will finally become a leader or forever be a follower of the Zionist agenda.
