Digital transformation is often associated with advanced technologies, automation systems, and large corporations. However, my experience through the RePIC program revealed a different perspective. Digital transformation is not only a corporate strategy but also a powerful tool for community development and social impact.
One of the most important lessons I gained is that technology alone does not create change. Meaningful transformation happens when technology is combined with people, processes, and clearly defined objectives.
